Terms of Service

Simple terms for using Centhera, a booking and scheduling platform for service-based businesses. Last updated: May 30, 2026.

Introduction

These Terms of Service explain how you may use Centhera, a booking and scheduling platform for service-based businesses such as driving instructors, salons, freelancers, consultants, and local businesses.

Centhera is an MVP startup product and may evolve over time. Features, pricing, integrations, and availability may change as we improve the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Centhera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

If you use Centhera on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms for that business.

Description of Services

Centhera provides tools to help service businesses manage booking pages, booking widgets, availability, team members, schedules, customer notifications, and related booking workflows.

Some features may be marked as coming soon, beta, preview, or limited access. These features may change, pause, or be removed as the product develops.

User Accounts

You may need an account to use provider features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Please provide accurate business and contact information so customers can understand who they are booking with.

Booking & Payments

Centhera helps businesses receive and manage booking requests. The business remains responsible for delivering the service, handling customer communication, and honoring its own policies.

If payments are supported through Centhera, they may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Payment terms, refunds, chargebacks, and payout timing may also depend on those third-party services.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your services, pricing, availability, staff details, business information, and booking rules up to date.

You must use Centhera in a lawful, respectful, and professional way, and you should only collect customer information that is needed for your booking workflow.

Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse Centhera, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, send spam, impersonate others, or use the service for illegal or misleading activity.

You must not use Centhera to collect sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful reason and the right safeguards in place.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Centhera reliable, but we cannot promise that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may pause access for maintenance, security, product updates, infrastructure changes, or reasons outside our control.

Third-Party Services

Centhera may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, AWS, email providers, analytics tools, and other infrastructure or integration partners.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their terms, outages, or changes, but we will aim to choose reliable providers and keep integrations practical for users.

Limitation of Liability

Centhera is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed bookings, lost data, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Centhera at any time. We may suspend or end access if we believe an account is misusing the platform, creating risk, or breaching these Terms.

If your account is terminated, some data may be retained where needed for security, legal, accounting, or operational reasons.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as Centhera evolves. If changes are important, we will try to give reasonable notice through the website, product, or other contact method.

Continuing to use Centhera after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Contact Information

If you have questions about these Terms, contact Centhera through www.centhera.com.

These Terms are intended to be simple and understandable for an MVP launch, but they may be refined as the platform grows.
